river man

This is the Brunswick River – at Brunswick Heads, which is a bit less than halfway up the right hand side of Australia. This is where I am going to live. I have absolutely no idea how or even why. All I know is that I love the place and when I am there I feel shinier and brighter. I am lifted up by it.

This hasn’t always been so, but a lot has happened in my life in the last year to change the way I relate to the world. Now this place is calling me.

Today I am visiting here, but I am based about 2,000 km away. I have family there. Rationally it seems impossible.

So there you have it – what I would love vs what seems possible. Watch this space 🙂

  1. Well, I think it is beautiful, Kirsty. I like that that a place is calling to you.

  2. That’s how I got to Big Sur, 25 years ago. It called me, and became more insistent each visit, until it was screaming at me. I did not know how, but I knew it would happen. The way it happened was true magic.

  3. I love this photo.
